Resources for employees
WorkPlace Leeds are now taking bookings for the Being Well at Work course starting on September 3rd.  The course is for anyone in employment who might be struggling to maintain wellbeing at work and who would like to explore ideas about how to alleviate work related difficulties. Participants will create their own “wellness pack” of resources and coping strategies to use at work and in other areas of life. The eight week evening course will give ideas and support for being healthy and well at work. Topics include Confidence & Self-Esteem, Assertiveness, Conflict Resolution, Managing Crisis, Time Management & Relaxation. Training for managers
Community Links offers free training for people who live or work in Leeds to help support people who are feeling suicidal. Learn four basic steps to recognise if someone is having thoughts of suicide and connect them with resources that can help.
